Dimes for 42nd Street
We often get asked to print hard wearing floor graphics, but it"s not every day that the request stipulates that the job needs to stand up to tap dancing! On top of that, the set design company wanted the floor graphics to be printed on metallic chrome vinyl.
They are to form part of the stage set for the new production of 42nd Street at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
Our new Latex printer was able to print directly onto the chrome vinyl, which we then laminated with a hard wearing floor graphic textured protective layer. As an added bonus, our new tangential cutter was able to detect the alignment marks through the laminate and trim the floor graphics to a perfect circle.
